Our Founder – Mr. Varuun Kumar
Mr. Varuun Kumar is an entrepreneur, author, mentor, realtor, public speaker, and career coach who has dedicated over 14 years to shaping the real estate industry in India. He is the visionary mind behind Vasudev Homes, a leading organization with more than 300 professionals, whom he considers his extended family.
His journey began in 2010 as a joint-level associate, after completing his MBA. With determination, resilience, and a passion for excellence, he worked with professionals across India and overseas, collaborating with both emerging enterprises and leading real estate giants. Over the years, his dedication and expertise have earned him the reputation of being one of the most trusted and sought-after names in the real estate market.
Driven by the belief in “giving more than you take”, Mr. Varuun Kumar goes beyond business success. He invests his time in mentoring and training over 300 real estate professionals yearly, helping them sharpen their skills and achieve personal and professional milestones.
Taking his mission further, he authored the book “Thank Me Later”, a career guide inspired by his 14-year journey. With more than 1000+ copies sold, the book resonates with sales professionals from small towns and cities, inspiring them to overcome challenges and transform into stronger versions of themselves.
